Terry Oestman – President
Terry Oestman has lived 8 miles north of Eckley for more than 30 years. His wife is Kay, and they have 3 grown and married children. Terry graduated from Wray High School and attended Western State College in Gunnison. Terry is on the Board of the Eckley Community Center, he is a member of the Kitzmiller Grazing Association and he has been a NC+ Seed Corn dealer for many years. He also coaches high school wrestling and enjoys hunting arrowheads and bow hunting deer and elk. Terry has served on the Board of Directors since 1995.

Allen Liming – Vice President
Allen and his wife, Mary have lived just north of Kirk for nearly 50 years. Allen has
been a part of the Kirk Community his entire life. Allen and Mary raised four children in
the Kirk area, Rodney, Russell, Roberta, and Robin.
As well as farming and raising cattle, Allen enjoys golfing, attending grandkids sporting
events and travelling. Allen and Mary are active in the Kirk United Methodist Church and the Kirk Lions Club. Allen has served on the Board of Directors since 1994.

Denise Weyerman - Secretary
Denise is a graduate of Wallace County High School in Sharon Springs, Kansas and received a degree in Business from Northwest Kansas Technical College in Goodland.
   Denise is married to Wayne and has three children. Denise believes that being involved in the community is paramount to its health and continuation. She is very active in her church as a Youth Group leader, Bible School teacher, and member of the Memorial Committee. Denise was an organizer and leader of the Vision Foundation Playground Committee and she and husband Wayne are both members of the Idalia Young Farmers organization.
   Denise has served on the Board of Directors since 2005.

Richard Meade - Treasurer
Richard has lived in the Cope, Joes and Kirk area all of his life. Currently, he lives just outside of Joes. Richard and Dorothy have resided there since 1981. He has a stepdaughter, Dawna, son-in-law, Zane, and two grandchildren, Lee and Lorna. Richard graduated from Liberty School and went to Aims College for one year studying electronics. Custom haying and cattle are his full time job. He also has an interest in a well service.    Richard's hobbies are hunting, golfing, and playing music. He enjoys riding his horse and helping his friends work cattle.
   Richard has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.

Jim Cecil - Director
Jim and his wife Vickie live northeast of Cope where they ranch and farm. They have
two grown daughters, Misty and Jamie.
   Jim is a 1973 graduate of Arickaree High School. He attended Northeastern Junior
College for two years and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree. Jim enjoys working with others to preserve and strengthen our rural communities. Jim has served on the Board of Directors since 1994.

Kelly Burr - President
Kelly and his wife, Sheena, have lived on their family farm north of Seibert since 1971.
They have two grown daughters, Kylie and Lindsey.
Kelly graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Kelly and Sheena are
members of the Church of Christ in Flagler and Kelly also enjoys woodworking and
spending time with his grandchildren. Kelly has served on the Board of Directors since
1994.

Tom Rodwell – Director
Tom and his wife Mary live in the Anton area and have three children: Shawn and wife
Tonya of Anton, Morgan and wife Dawn of Bennett and Carl and wife, Kathy of Anton,
as well as nine grandchildren.
   Tom was born and raised in the Anton area. He graduated in 1964 from Arickaree High
School and served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. Tom has served on the
Plains Cooperative Telephone Board, Cope Rural Fire Department Board, Arickaree FFA
Advisory Committee and the Arickaree School Accountability Committee. He is a
member of Colorado Young Farmers, serving as a state and local officer. Tom is a
member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church of Anton and has held office on the church
board. Tom is currently the owner/operator of T.L. Rodwell Trucking. Tom was elected
to the Plains Telephone Board of Directors in 2008.
